Hey, I’m Tess - a fitness coach, mom of 3, and former “clean eating” perfectionist turned macro-tracking freedom lover.

I’ve been using macros for over 15 years to help me win bodybuilding shows and a fitness magazine cover.... without giving up chocolate, wine, or family pizza night.

I don’t believe in meal plans. Period. I think there’s value to planning &  prepping meals, but following a strict diet day in day out, especially when it’s not one YOU chose or created… simply doesn’t work for most busy women whose schedules are unpredictable, and who are grown-ass adults who (rightfully) want the autonomy to be able to eat what they want!

FAQs

Is this going to be a lot of work? I’m already so busy.
You can expect to spend about 20 minutes per day as you get started, but most people spend less than 10 minutes per day on tracking once they get the hang of it. You’ll also be using pre-logged meals and easy meal templates to keep things simple and sustainable.
What if I can’t make the group calls?
All calls are recorded. You can also submit questions ahead of time or ask any time in our group chat.
What if I’m going on vacation/get sick during the program?
You’ll have up to 2 weeks extension on your plan. Curriculum and community access are evergreen.
What if I’m vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free? Will this still work?
Absolutely. Since you’re learning how to build your own meal plans around your preferences and goals, this program works with any dietary style. The app we use has dietary preferences you can set.
I've dabbled with macros in the past - will this program be too "basic" for me?
Not at all. The first week may be a refresher, but a big focus is building consistency and overcoming the obstacles that may have tripped you up in the past. If you’ve struggled to stick with macros before, this program will help you understand why and how to fix it for good.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
It would be unethical for me to make that guarantee. My role is to support you and guide you - your success depends on your effort and commitment. That said, participants have lost up to 5lbs in 6 weeks in the past. That might not be as dramatic as some results you've seen online, but bear in mind that this was achieved while still eating "normal" foods like hot dogs, chips, and chocolate. This is not a crash diet program - this is the program that teaches you how to balance your real life with your fitness goals so it can be sustainable.
I've struggled with disordered eating in the past... will this trigger it?
Some people do find macros to be triggering. I would recommend you speak to your doctor or therapist before proceeding.
