I don’t believe in meal plans. Period. I think there’s value to planning & prepping meals, but following a strict diet day in day out, especially when it’s not one YOU chose or created… simply doesn’t work for most busy women whose schedules are unpredictable, and who are grown-ass adults who (rightfully) want the autonomy to be able to eat what they want!
